Pegasus ADR Service, approved by the Gambling Commission, provides alternative dispute resolution for gamblers in dispute with licenced operators in Great Britain where a complaint is not resolved using the operator’s internal complaints procedure.

To benefit, operators must comply with the Gambling Commission’s LCCP and register with Pegasus ADR.
