Safer Gambling Training is developed and delivered by leading charities, Ygam and Betknowmore UK. The programmes provide employees working in the gambling industry with specialist training to help raise standards in player protection and safer gambling. The content is all relevant to the latest LCCP requirements and is informed by the charities’ expert knowledge, lived experience and robust research. 

There are six City & Guilds Assured programmes covering topics including customer vulnerability, wellbeing, interactions and support services. These programmes are available as a suite, bespoke bundles, or individual workshops, offering complete flexibility to align the training with business requirements. All training can be completed online, with each module taking around 60 minutes to complete. The training can be easily accessed on PC, laptop or tablet at a time that suits the learner. All profits made from Safer Gambling Training are directed back into Ygam and Betknowmore UK to help support their social purpose.
